Default FS: NNBS Morimoto HID Kit
This kit is about 2 years old and has never given me 1 single problem. It uses an H11 style bulb and should fit any vehice which uses that bulb but I know it fits 07-13 GMT900 Trucks. It includes everything you need plus 2 Brand New H11 4300k bulbs.

Below is a pic of the kit installed on my truck with the 4300k bulbs.
