So what about putting this thing on a 02 5.3. Do you know what needs added to make it work. I have contacted a bunch of people about it but no one seems to reply.

Since, most likely, you've got a return-style fuel system then there shouldn't be any modifications to make it work. If I'm mistaken though, I hope someone does chime in and correct me.
