Is it possible to put on this intake with a cable TB and return fuel system?

 

Yes, all you need is a cable driven TB like a car TB. You could also use the factory fuel rails from your truck with the injectors that I have. They are setup for a truck intake but can be setup for a car, making them taller. Then u would just need to make a bracket for the fuel rail to mount on the intake (just some tabs).
Or just use a corvette fuel filter like I did.
