FS: Hypertec for 2003 Duramax

I have a Hypertec Power Programmer III for a 2003 GMC Sierra Duramax. The vehicle was totaled, so the programmer is locked. I know you can get it unlocked through hypertec, but I am not sure how much it would cost. Just trying to get it out of the garage.
