would this require a upgraded fuel pump and injectors? ...im guessing it takes the expensive gas too

Going to any FI system requires a fuel system upgrade and high octane fuel.

also from the front picture it seems like your fan duct is gone...would i need to put in electric fans if i get this system

That depends on what you do for you cold side piping. That was my initial setup when I had e-fans, and this is what I changed it to when I went back to a clutch fan.
