W/T (Work Truck) grille, it is gray textured plastic and can be sanded and painted. It just needs one clip for the fender, which costs like 50 cents.

Yes, just the harnesses (they are the ones for 99-02 Silverados). You looking for a set of cheap taillights? LMK, I've got one other set that's not listed.
