Boy, that cam would work real well in the LM7 5.3L carbed motor I'm swapping into my Chevelle.
And the ported 243 heads already have the correct springs...

I have a 4.8 in ECSB with a hot cam (very disappointing) you think your cam would wake this damn thing up until I do my 6.0 swap?

Well i don't know the lobes used for the hotcam, but with my cam your DCR would be higher, which would add TQ, the lower LSA would bring it in sooner. for comparsion, i had a 222/224 @ 112 before this cam and i noticed a huge improvement in midrange and upper rpm power from swapping to the smalller cam... I have had a 220/220 @ 114, 222/224 @ 112 and I liked the 214/220 @ 108 cam the best...

Well if you still have it this weekend I'll come check it out. I'm in west texas working but I'll be back this weekend. I live in Benbrook tho.
