These are Ebay billet grille inserts. I had them on my 04 Tahoe for awhile... I just don't like the looks of them anymore. THEY ARE ALL BLACK RIGHT NOW. One pic below is of them installed with the fronts polished... the other pics are what they look like now... $15.00 plus shipping. The mount over your existing grille, there are some studs on the back, with a retaining washer. They bend pretty easy too.
