how will this idle in a 4.8 can hp tuners tune it right and will it work with a s/c?

Its not the best choice for a forced induction application. There is a guy who just put a 224 in a 4.8 with a stall and such and said the truck does fine....you can find that post somewhere in Truck Performance, it was one day last week.

All I have left is the camshaft itself. The springs, pushrods and gasket kit have been sold.

$225 for the cam shipped.

damn i have to be broke when a good deal comes along. you say its out of a z-28 well that'll work for me let me know if its still available and i'll see if i can come up the cash.

edit: if your interested in a set of injectors or MAF sensor off a truck I'll trade to get the price reduced or whatever. I know how often injectors get clogged on trucks I've cleaned many sets. these that I have came off a motor we pulled awhile back and they worked perfect then and I'm sure still do I can ohm them out or whatever if necessary. I have a set of coils but a deal is pending.
