i just got a quote from a guy i know. $150 but its gonna end up at a ups terminal in dallas from what he told me, and you could pick it up from there.
i told my buddy to estimate it at 85lbs a wheel/tire

Using my work's UPS account, $150 would put them at our shop, so what I may do is just print the pre-paid labels here, fax them to you, and have you box and ship them that way. I am still waiting on a freight quote. I'll PM you tonight.
