this has been sitting in my back yard for too long now. It's the stock lower valance from my 03 Silverado with tow hook cutouts and no fog light holes (pictured in sig). I added the fog light kit and it came with a replacement valance. I will not ship, pick up only. I do travel La. and Ms. every so often and I can drop it off somewhere possibly... just help me get it out of my yard.
