If you wouldve read the last couple posts you wouldve seen that I retracted and appologized for my negative statements about 89ls1foxer. I have requested to a moderator that my negative statements about him be removed.

In the meantime, another 24 hours has passed, sent another text message(wont answer phone calls) to Jeremy and as usual, no response. The only resonable explanation is that he works on an oil rig and departed at 10pm the night of our deal......right?

Unfortunatley for Jeremy, if he doesnt respond I will be taking further action to resolve this matter.

Would it of been appropriate for me to have taken tools and dissassembled the blower in front of the guy that preaches its in proper condition?

Is it too much to ask for people to be honest and do the right thing?

Maybe it was just my turn to get hosed? -- ?

looks like the seller only has 4 posts, I thought there was a rule about minimum number a posts before you can actually post in the forsale section?

Im not sure why it says I have 0 posts...?..As you can see there is plenty more than zero....maybe the same reason I cant edit any posts?

well i just got back in to town to see this post has been fun while i was gone, i have called sqnali and will be doing as he asked just to be a nice guy even though in the add it states no known history on this, turns freely and oil was clean but this did not come off my truck. If you wanted a new blower then you should have spent the money, would also like to say thank you for all your texts to my phone even the one about "if i don't call you by Monday you will be seeking other ways of restitution" what civil court? I should have handed your number to my Attorney at that time but i did not. I would like to thank you for apologizing to 89ls1foxer, he is a great teacher, friend and cousin and had no part in the deal other then me using his paypal because i don't have an account.

Hello again,

I would really like to hear from Jeremy today. Even though the blower is toast I'd be willing to keep it along with half (450) my money back. I think this is a pretty reasonable deal. Have you spoke with him recently? Let me know what's up, I would like to get my deposit back either today or tomorrow, I think I've been more than patient at this point. Let me know if you disagree.

Thanks,
Skylar
