Nobody got screwed here. If something is for sale, the first money takes it. Plain and simple. Everything else is just lip-service.

Exactly, people don't get that. There are way to many people who say "I'll buy it" then never come through. Everyone should work on a first payment basis and not dibs. It makes it real easy to see who sent payment first and not who pmed, responded, emailed, etc.

Thank you everyone. I agree with you all, and most will agree also. He told me he was in paypal right then and he was about to pay me. Six hours later I receive his payment. A few hours after he said he was in Paypal paying me, I PMED him asking if he still wanted them - No answer. All he had to do was answer me with a yes and to give him a few hours. Communication goes a long way. So someone ended beating him by about 20 mins. Im sorry..
