So a break down of what I have seen these parts purchased for

Headunit and pulley 1,000-1,100
standard Brackets (new from procharger) 200-300
Injectors (used 44LBrs) 200-250
piping and couplers (new but require fab work) 200
intercooler (new) 150-250
Bypass Valve (new) 250-350
Belt (new) 40-50
Fuel pump (new) 100-150

So total somewhere between

2150-2400 for a mixture of good used parts and new

If you went all new other than the headunit its still under 2700
and if you could get everything used you could be under 2000
