Are these OEM or aftermarket? Do they come with TPMS? If yes to both put them on a pallet and shipped common carrier and I'll take them for $1100.00

Can you get a freight quote? I'm thinking $100 from southeastern freight? That's the reason for the offer. I'm not saying they aren't worth what your asking. I have a set of 24" like new with new sensors and all, and I can't get any interest at $1500
