Pat G spec'd EPS lobes single bolt VVT cam. I had it in the truck for around 15k miles both with and without a stall and it was great both ways but obviously better with a stall. I pulled it for a vvt delete boost build. Cam includes the entire front gear (phaser limiter block installed in gear) you will just need a new cam bolt. I will throw in the PAC racing 1518 beehive .660 lift springs as well. All you will need is push rods (i will double check the length i had but i believe they were 7.400) and springs (or use the beehives included).
