So stupid question... Can you run the tune you have already on there in a stock truck?

No, you'll have to buy a tune for your truck from Black bear as well as another lisence for the autocal. Autocal is a device for flashing in the tune you buy as well as data logging for re-tunes and such. It can also read and clears codes.
