I bought this programmer as a code scanner and data logger and just haven't used it like I thought I would. It is vin locked, but will still scan codes and has the update for data logging. Check with Diablosport, but I'm pretty sure they'll unlock the newer ones for $129. $60 shipped obo, PM works best!
