the color is the burgany color on the chevy's and gmc's

 

um not sure what you mean about the impact bar? its the cover, the part that actually bolts to the fram and the foglight. if your in the houston area, you can come take a look at it if you want.

Heres a pic of the impact bar (far left), then the bumper cover (far right bolts onto it.) Does it have the impact bar with it? Is it ready to bolt on? let me know ASAP thanks.
