I hate to do this but it appears I am getting into a bit of a bind at the moment and these parts are sitting around collecting dust so I thought I'd test the market. I'm about to have to do a cam/lifter/etc. replacement and could use some spare funds.
What I have are most of the parts necessary to fabricate a twin turbo setup (front high mount or possibly low mount) minus intercooler piping/couplers and blowoff valve, and 10an hose and hose ends. There would be plenty of pipe cutting and welding needed, though, which is why I have not gotten around to getting this done on my truck. Well, that and I couldnt get the dipstick tube out of the block to remove the passenger manifold to even get started.
-twin garrett turbos, brand new. t4 sized, I belive t04b. .60 ar compressor, .58 ar turbine housing undivided, 3" inlet on the intake, 3" outlet on exhaust, perfect for midrange response. I paid $750 shipped for the pair plus I had to change the turbine housings (they came with larger 1.15s) for over 325 more.
-t4 flanges and gaskets for the turbine inlets.
-3" vband clamps and downpipe flanges for the turbos.
-3" mandrel bends (45s, 90s, etc.) to make downpipes out of.
-2 steel weld bungs for o2 sensors and another one with a metal plug for an optional wideband.
-2.5" mandrel bends (45, 90s, etc.) to make manifold ---> turbo adaptor pipes from (I planned to flip stock manifolds).
-SS flanges to fit the stock truck manifolds (cost me $100 from SSworks).
-front mount intercooler wide and short to work well with my denali lower valance.
-twin turbonetics external wastegates (same as Tial 38mm). Both are ceramic coated, one is new, one is lightly used. Both come with inlet and outlet flanges and gaskets, and a set of extra springs. I have about $350 in these, new plus the ceramic coating they would run over $600.
-1.5" stainless pipe for the wastegate dump tubes, I planned to route them back into the downpipe to keep from being so loud but you can also leave them open to atmosphere.
-SS oil supply line from the engine (4an, if I recall), tee, dual lines to 90* fittings, inlet flanges for the turbos with gaskets and bolts, outlet flanges for the turbos with gaskets and bolts to 10an, 10an to 1/2" fittings for other end of the drain, and aluminum 1/2" weld bungs for the oilpan or valve covers.
-aftermarket header gaskets that are reuseable and suited to boost.
-aftermarket stage 8 locking header bolts.
-spare set of valve covers (I was going to try to route my oil drains here instead of the oilpan).
-2" exhaust heat wrap in black, about 50 feet I think.
-dual 3" electric exhaust cutouts with switches etc. Both used, one has been tested by me, pipes will need cut and welded as appropriate to the new downpipes. These go for around $2 or 300 each new, I think I have about 300 in the pair.
I have about $2800 in these parts alone, at least $500 of that is new flanges/lines/fittings/gaskets, and am open to offers with that in mind. I dont really know where to price this since all I see being sold are complete bolt on single kits, so I will go with $1600 shipped in the 48 US (shipping easily being $100-150 of that). IF you look at the cost of new turbochargers (legitimate garrett/etc. and not chinese ebay turbos) then you'll see that the turbos and wastegates alone are almost worth the price.
I am a newer, low post count user here. But I have been selling rx7/rotary parts online since 1999, have 2 ebay accounts (1 for buying, 1 for selling) with a combined feedback of about 800, and am a verified paypal seller of over 1250 verified transactions so you can buy with confidence. I also encourage local pickup or inspection if anyone would like.
BTW the optional rx-7 oil cooler shown pictured is not available any more, but if you really want one then I can always get another, no big deal.

I guess I should note that all the hoses, gaskets, flanges, fittings, etc. came from ATP turbo and are all HIGH QUALITY, not some ebay chinese ****. The turbo flanges are 1/2" so they will not warp. The SS flanges for the manifolds are also 1/2" I believe. The fittings are function7 or ATP. I can produce receipts for every part of this kit, btw.

What do you mean "will it fit"? It has not yet been fabricated, so you MAKE it fit custom for your vehicle. I had in mind to use the stock truck manifolds (I think the 4.8 uses the same as the 5.3 and 6.0) so I see no reason it wouldn't.
My price is listed in the first post near the bottom. If you decide you are interested then we can make arrangements for you to buy it. Thanks.

Here is a price list from receipts I found:
36.95 valve covers
76.00 function7 turbo inlet/outlet oil fittings/gaskets
44.00 stage8 header bolts
45.00 exhaust wrap
42.99 header gaskets
114.99 small FMIC
34.94 4) wastegate gaskets
320.00 2) .58 vband turbine housings
330.00 2) tial wastegates, 1 new 1 used
732.00 2) garrett turbos, both new
440.12 various lines/fittings/flanges/gaskets from ATP turbo
27.54 AN adaptor fittings for rx7 oil cooler
285.00 2) exhaust cutouts used
95.56 2) exhaust manifold flanges from stainless works
156.13 mandrel bent pipes
35.00 rx7 oil cooler
--------------------------------------------------------
$2813.22 total parts cost
I cant find receipts for the vband clamps and flanges, I am sure those were about $50 extra as well...
Also if anyone wants any of the cold parts powdercoated I can do that for little or no charge. Such as compressor housings, wastegate caps, valve covers, etc.
