You would need to add in resistors. Follow Ohm's law and you will know which ones to use.

Yes, I know what I need to do for the install, Just need to know the schematic for the proper alignment of the anode and cathode sides of the LED's so the will work. I know how to wire LEDs using either resistors, or more then one in a Series, or Parallel circuit, or a combination of the three.

I want to do some work on a truck local to me and see how it goes, but I want to do that first. Thanks

That was me and Chingon that first did it, way back in 2001 before anyone was doing it. I got my whole truck interior done in blue leds, headlight switches and all. Looks awesome. Send me a PM with and question and ill be sure to help as much as I can.

This is the Circuit Board for the 2003 Passenger Window/Lock Switches, the PCB LED's can be removed easily and replaces with regular led's but I am trying to find the exact replacement in a blue. I found one that may work but was wondering if this is how the 99-02's are? Did you use a colored filter to get the blue in the switches, or did you swap with regular led's?

This is the 4x4 Selector Switch and is an wasy LED swap if anyone was wondering. The only hard part is unsoldering the pins(Shown in the Red boxes) for access to the PCB.

Im sure the 04's are different than my 00, so if there are LEDs already there, just change em to some highpower ones in your choice of color and be done with it
