No, it does not include the PCM however you can pick up a PCM rather inexpensively. I actually had a spare sitting around that I sold for $75. I see them on E-bay for $89 "Buy it Now" as I type this.
I am providing multiple programs for the PCM though so it is about as close to "Turn-Key" as you are going to get. I will burn the "tunes" to a disk and send along with the combo. All you will need to do is have the tuner of your choice (or you if you have HPTuners) flash your new PCM. I will also throw in the Superchips handheld tuner that has the stock Radix tune for this set-up (without meth).

At this time no. I am not in a huge crisis to sell this set-up however it will be collecting dust in about 4-5 months so I would like to give the potential buyer a chance to hear it and run it before I pull it.
I could most likely make more by parting it all out but I do not want to be hassled by all of the extra work and shipping.
As for swapping it into a 96,...not sure however you are at the right place to ask the questions!

Bump.
Well new plans...If the combo doesn't sell as a complete package, I will spray nitrous and see what she will take. I really would like to see this thing go low 11's at 120 with the little ol Radix. I already have the ball rolling on a new motor so this one can be a back-up if needed. After that, I will dissassemble and part everything out.
New motor: Well, I will post about it in due time. I am in no rush to get this pig in the truck AND I have limited time due to family and work. The new motor will be over 400 CID, completely forged, and have some seriously deep breathing heads and cam. Deffinately a power adder of some type, notice that I am not selling my boost gauge with this package?
When I have the motor built and sitting in the garage, I will let the cat out of the bag.
One thing is for certain, I am not going to be going slower or have less HP than I currently have.
I have 3 offers as of now. I may put her on E-bay so I will keep you all posted.
