i'm just going off of the information i was given when i purchased it.. i know nothing about these motors.. regardless, my price is still good whether its a 2004 or whatever years the return fuel systems are from..

Not trying to call you a liar, or hurt your sale. But IMO, this motor is older than 04. Does it have a DBW throttle body, or EGR? Any more pics of the other side?

thats the only pic i have of the motor.. my truck is in the motor shop right now and thats where the motor is.. thinking about it i think it is a drive by cable tb so yes that would make the motor older than an 04.. when this was posted i was going strictly off of what i was told when i bought the motor..

but like i said.. regardless or year, its a low mileage motor, its clean, and its complete.. long blocks with no accessories are selling for close to this with tons of miles on them

Like I said man, not trying to hurt the sale, it is still a good deal. But I think you should change the info because of some obvious differences in the motor so that people that just want a motor to throw in their truck won't have any problems.

ok well like i said, i posted it exactly as i was told when i bought it.. i'll change the thread title to just 5.3 with no year..
