What is the stock Ratio? And why won't these work with the new cam? To much ratio?

Stock ratio is 1.7 And i dont want to mess around with pushrod length with the new cam...I know the cam works with the 1.7 rockers so i'm sticking with that, and if these sell it will help fund the cam swap, still need the balancer install tool and a few other things.

Make me a offer...don't really wanna spend any more money out of pocket for the cam swap. Wife said no more spending on the truck for a few weeks.
