10" wide will probably rub cause my 9.5"'s rubbed with 295/45/22's on my old regular cab. Another .5" and a tire size bigger would definitely rub.
BTW, how come you chose to run 10" wide on the fronts as well? Just curious? That rim size is normally an offroad size cause they run that same fat width on all four to run the bigger tires.

Guys...I run 305/50 still and the rubbing was only minor. In front it was only at full turn, and rr when I hit big compressions. The rubbing occured only on the plastic well liner extensions, and they eventually wore small grooves and it stopped. Others have done minor trimming - but it really is only minor. If u ran 295's un prob wouldn't have any prob. I have them on my 04 Avv Z-71 which is the same as every other 1500 platform.

if they werent across the country I would have them on my truck already......
I wonder how much lower the 2wd is then a 4x4, 10 seems wide. How much would a set of decent tires cost for these rims?

Tires will depend on the drop your looking to run. If your wanting to run stock height, you can run a thicker tire and it wont cost as much. The high $ tires are when they get closer to the rubber band look.
I believe the 2wd is 2-3 inches shorter than 4wd.
