I could be wrong on what I have typed/said, only Sharpshooter can tell us what one he had.

Sharpshooter never ran an inline pump. He switched from the stock in tank pump to the walbro, and then from the walbro to the bosch 044.

I like the in-tank setup just for simplicity. You don't have to rely on two pumps working--you have one pump in the tank just like a stock setup, it's just bigger!
