These are 6 lug I take it? Both axles or just 1?

6 lug, front brakes only.

Darn... I just think it would look weird with only 1 axle done, esp behind 22s.

Will these not fit inside any 18" wheels or just the ones that you have and are they the same for an suv? Currently I have 14" rotors and there's atleast 1/2" clearance between the stock calipers and the wheel.

They will fit inside some 18" wheels according to others on the board. They would not fit inside mine without grinding the caliper and I did not want to do that.
