FWIW it would be a perfect for someone with a 2wd SSS, VHO, or NBS Vortec Max who wanted AWD since those trucks already have the 4X4 frame.

 

Yeah. I was just going to weld on the front t frame rails and do the coil over conversion. If I had time I would have finished it. I'm sure it would have been much faster on the street, but I just want this truck to make a pass in the 9's. I am feeling confident I can do it with slicks.

 

Someone must want to go fast, and needs a transfer case all ready to go.

Is this part any different than the one that is used for the part time case?

 

I believe it is dimensionally the same, but made from cast iron so it is much stronger.
