These are for 6.2L GM trucks/SUV 07-13 but I have a feeling they may fit 99-06 and HD models if you bought (or fabb'd) a y-pipe for that year truck as I think that is what differentiates them. The Y-pipe for the 07-13 I believe is $650 for catted and around $550 for off-road from ARH at least a few months when I called.

I purchased the headers used (zero condition issues) and had them sent directly to CCP Coatings ( CCPcoatings.com - ceramic coatings, header coatings, exhaust coatings ) to get ceramic coated 2000* Gun metal (color) in April 18'. I took them out of the box he shipped them and and they've been on the shelf ever since. I was planning on a putting a TVS 2300 on my truck but have since changed my mind yet again and sold the supercharger to most likely go twin turbo or go back to diesel world.

So instead of spending $1600 - $1750 on a set and then another $300+ for 2000* coating you could be into a full set of coated headers for several hundred dollars less depending on which y-pipe you choose or much cheaper if you or friend have some fabrication skills.

It’s not that I won’t ship north, that price is shipped in the lower 48. If shipping to whichever province you’re at is close to what it is domestically then no big deal. I would just ask if it’s a little more than the buyer kick in the difference. PM me an address and I’ll check it out.
