I'm thinking about selling my 2002. It's a loaded SLS, 4.3L, reg cab, long bed, A4. It has a couple of mods including a ypipe, catback, tow package, TB, K&N, etc. Around 45,000 miles, and it runs/drives great. Strong enough to tow an FBody no problem, and even gets 20mpg while doing it! Ran 15.2 in the 1/4 on motor, and I ran it twice with a 75 shot netting a 14.1.

I'd be willing to sell it for $8,200, which is close to trade in blue book.
