Is this w/ ECU, harness, etc.? Or just the motor ready to build?

motor ready to be rebuilt. it's a long block. no harness, ecu, ect..
it's a dirrect swap for the 99+ trucks. right now im also including a stock converter, a/c pump, and alternator
