I just took the converter out of my Truck today. It's a Circle D 265 MM Billet Multi Disc Converter. 2500 Miles tops on converter running Amsoil transmission fluid the whole time. Between that and the Derale Transmission cooler I never seen temperatures over 180 at any time. cruise temperatures where really low like 120-130 on the highway. The converter was perfect for street driving, towing, any type of stop and go. I still got 17+ MPG on the highway. I also had no problem towing a 6000LB race car/trailer combo for 350 miles in 85 degree weather. Circle D nailed it. have both street and strip. i figured id post it here before LS1 Tech since it may help a fellow truck guy!!!!!!! im selling it because im going back to stock and trading the truck in perhaps for a diesel.........
