I still have the 4L80 if anyone is interested. Heres what all is included. 4l80 with a transgo shift kit, PI 10.5 multi disk converter, the connector to plug into the pcm. I have the drive shaft just with out U joints or yolk, and maybe a cross member, havent found out if this one will work with the TH400 or not. Its only got about 2000 miles on it. $1500. Its sitting on the floor right now.

ahh you got me, but that was with and no convertor or anything, just the 4l80

Will they honor the waranty with the shift kit in it? Do you take paypal? Dibbs at$1250. I will take it for $1250 if it comes with everything. And I will pick it up(no shipping)
