Default 4l60e 4x4 trans totally built all billet best of everything.

I did the swap to a 6l80e on my 07 tahoe so going to sell the 4l60e I built that i was running. I build transmissions for a living so this was done by myself a professional and not a back yard build. When I say the best of everything that is exactly what I did to it. Billet 4x4 output. Billet input with sonnax smart drum it’s the iss style so works in 07 and up but will retro fit back just won’t use the sensor. I run 8 full size 3/4 clutches and .105 kolene steels in it. This has zero 3/4 issues setup this way even on very high hp applications. Had a new reverse drum and pro series wide carbon band in it. Has a full set of 4l65e planets. Raybestos brown static low clutches and also in the reverse drum. I used the blue line in the forward drum and high energy in the 3/4. Billet sonnax servo with billet cover for overdrive.
Valve body was brand new GM that I put a lot of sonnax valves and o ringed plugs in it. I set it up to run a lot of pressure so has maximum hold on the clutches. It will run a 235 psi if put a gauge on it.
Has a billet 13 vane pump rotor sonnax pump valves.
Sonnax smart shell with bearing for the sunshell.
I even run a bearing behind the pump rather then a plastic thrust washer and the trans is setup to a tighter tolerance due to this and being all bearing will have minimal friction loss compared to a normal trans. I had zero issues with this in a 500-600whp 2007 tahoe I just finally did the 6 speed conversion as am going to tow my 2017 zl1 with it and didn’t want to chance any issues towing. The trans is pretty much setup like those 5000 dollar raptor builds through patc. I also have the custom trailblazer stall that can go with it. I had it setup to v8 specs and damper plate brazed fins and better clutch put in it. I was getting close to 3000 stall on it with the blower if I launched it hard. Would easily brake stall 2600 with out pushing it hard.
I am going to open it up and inspect it once I have someone interested and can take internal pictures as I don’t have many when doing the build. But also like to check it out as probably has 10k miles on it or so since this last build. Prior to it I had snapped off the trailblazer 4l70e output I was running so then went back through it and put this billet somnax output. It has custom accumulators and things done that require tuning or it will shift way too hard If was a “normal” tune. I’m also willing to help setup the tune if needed. I had mine setup to drive fairly normal at slow to light throttle and it would hit good under wot. Running this much pressure on them to get the full hold on the band and clutches requires some tricks in the tune to get it to not slam when shifting. They had a nice pop and not abusive. I’m just looking for interest right now and can talk price when someone asks. This will save you quite a bit on the best parts you can put in one of these with a custom build vrs just going out and buying a redicilously priced raptor trans. I know I have a lot in this but ready to pass on a good deal on it but not giving it away either.

looking to get around 3000 plus shipping. I have an easy 1800 in parts if you break it all down. This is very similar to the patc raptor build or gm 4l75e performance parts but better. Everything that can be upgraded in it is. It has the best of everything. If it is avaliable in billet to purchase its in this trans. I Just tore it all down to inspect it took a bunch of pictures and going back together with a new band due to I have it so using it. Nothing in this trans had miles on it everything down to a new gm valve body was used in the setra case I had in the tahoe replaced at 95k under gmpp warranty. Surfaces machined tollerances checked I blueprinted the build like you would an engine to make sure its all as good as it can be. And it has paid off every clutch is still like new and no hot spots on anything. even the 3/4 clutches are excellent. So going behind a heavy vehicle making a lot of power your not going to get a better set up unless went to that heavy pig 4l80e with a terrible first gear and then pour money into that to make it live. this is the best way to go unless going to do a 6 speed conversion but for 4 speeds in a truck your going to use for performance this setup will be best.Since still apart I can also change anything up you might want done if serious about buying. That goes for anyone and I will stand behind this trans you break it Ill fix it you just ship it both ways.
