2002 engine has a total of around 50k on it, stock rockers. If I did sell it would be a complete drop in harness accesories and all including stall converter, the pcm has a complete tune for 4l60e and 93 octane.

I don't have much done on my 5.3, but from the looks of it, you have a little more of a stout setup than I do. Your guess-timation on 1/4 mi times is about what I'd guess for a ~4500# RCSB (right-on there). I will say that you've got a higher lift cam than I have & slightly more valve job than mine. Other than that, you're selling the same motor (theoretically ) I bought for ~$2K (w/ ~30K miles driven). Mine came with a 4L60E, wiring, pcm, and accessories.

If it were me, I'd ask ~$2K, maybe $2,500 tops. Then again, you could always post on eBay, and hope to catch someone who isn't keen on pricing. I noticed that most folks are moving towards 5.7L+ motors. For me & my < 4000#'er, the 5.3L's a damn good upgrade from the 4.3L.
