Could you find out what shipping would be to 39208?Also,is this complete...heads,intake wiring harness,accessories(starter,water pump,alternator...ect)

It comes with complete heads, complete block, oil pan, timing cover
no issues at all with the block, not even the cold knock,
engine runs just fine, i'm pulling it out and replacing it with an ls1.
no idea on shipping
