Fans for 8.1l

Does anyone know if this will be enough for cooling an 04 8.1l? Or if these became standard on the 06 8.1l? I know they will fit 4.8 thru 6.0, was wondering for the big block?

Good question I don't know the answer to. I'm pertty sure the efans came on 2005 and newer models. Not suer about the 8.1 models. My nephew has a NBS 07 with the 4.8 and it has efans.
