Is this for the smaller or narrower mouth grille? The smaller grille is perfectly flat across the hood lip and the top(above the emblem) is shorter than the lower section. The 2500HD hood for the larger grille has a recess in the hood lip. I am fixing a smashed 2500HD and have looked at, and bought, both styles from 2500HD series trucks and the grille is the only way I can tell them apart....just making sure before buying more of the style I dont need.
