250 bucks or best....... plus shipping. Has been returned to stock. 18 hp gain, has many nice features. Can adjust tire and gear size. shift points and firmness, rpm limiter, speed limiter and read trouble codes.

better than my offer.. i said 150 since you can get the hpp3's for 100-150 used on ebay.. just waiting for find another come up for sale in that price range..

i sold my hpp3 for my 98TA for 100 bucks argh(349 new)

If you can find a programmer for 100-150 for a 04 sierra let me know...they are still kinda up there...later
