I have a set of 2" lift blocks and for keys for a 99-06 GM 1500. Keys lifted the front almost 3.5" and with the 2" blocks was perfectly level and fit 33" 10.5" wide tires. In great shape.

Keys are sold blocks are still available and I did find the U bolts.
