Basically new, truck only has about 800 miles on it. Put on painted ones. These are stock black textured ones. The '04 passanger handle has no key hole, I know '99-'03 do. So, that's kind of cool if you wanted to paint them with no down time, or whatever...will post pic later. $55 shipped takes 'em...
