My truck was done and then let go under 12lbs of boost @ 6800rpm! So now the block will have to come out and go to the machine shop for some 408 work.

SLP in Toms River NJ has a nice machine shop and has done quite a few 402/408s. Where are you looking for the machining work? Sorry to hear about your motor but....it is the best excuse for a 408 build. I'm waiting for my day to come
