Well here is a great deal.Brand new still have factory box manual and evrything else that came with it.I paid $340 for it before i new of this site.I put stock program back in old computer before, i sent it back to nelson,and doubled checked it on a buddy's o3 before he instlled his nelson tune ,so it's noy mated to my vin anymore.$150.00 plus shipping.this programmer will work for any gm in 03 for 4.3- 5.3-6.0-8.1
