Default 99-06 Hydroboost AN Power Steering Lines, Turbo Valve Covers

179 shipped.

99-06 Includes 4 aluminum adapters, 2 PTFE teflon pressure hoses (pump to hydro, hydro to rack) and 2 return lines (hydro to pump, rack to pump) and clamps. This is for GM trucks and SUVs that were originally equipped with hydroboost pumps with 2 returns, non-vacuum brake boosters, and steering gearboxes with pitman arms, not rack and pinion. These setups were particularly common on AWD and 4wd models. These do NOT use the stock PS cooler. These are made per order, so they ship in about a week. Visit my page Custom AN Hose. Free shipping to continental USA with tracking info provided. If you need custom lengths made for other applications I may can help, feel free to contact me.

I'm trying my best to keep these in stock ready to ship. I will offer a partial refund if you send me back good stock valve covers as core returns. These ship bare but can add bolts and a cap if I have some to spare. -10 AN tig welded in each cover, all other ports welded shut, stock baffles removed. $165 shipped.

I may interest/ it is good for boost? One problem Do you think it will be hard to burnout with these one? With my booster vacumm it is easy to burnout tires when pressed brake pedal.

Hydroboost is much better for boost because you always have the booster working since it runs off the power steering pump. If you are building boost off the line for a launch you won't lose braking.

I am guessing there is no way to retain the PS cooler?

It would need to be plumbed into the system. I havent had a chance to look and see what it would take to make it work

Call me crazy, but I would like to retain it. If you come up with a solution, count me in. I have all of my conversion parts from an 04 Burban. The lines are the only thing I am undecided about.
