Flash to 2600-2700 behind a 5.3, and a little lower (couple hundred RPM's) than that for a 4.8. Someone correct me here if I'm wrong.

SOLD...

Got the truck back today. Gonna be cleaning glass out of it for the next couple days probably. Local dealerships' detail team didn't do a job worthy of a snow-cone.

Yeah, pretty sure the bed of the truck has a couple new "signatures" on it. I've spent the last two days so far removing glass that they failed to. You'd think for 3 grand, they'd be able to assist you a little bit there. Anyway, carpet/seats still needs to be shampoo'd, then I'll be in better shape.

Its going back on tomorrow too, as they must have been in a little bit of a hurry to get my truck out of their shop. The new dash and fascia (sp?) that seal it up (as you look at it; the part that comes off first) don't fit very well. Couple things they're going to fix before I'm happy. All I'm asking is for the job to be done correctly...I'm not looking for anything "above and beyond".

minus the new "signature" they left me after replacing the trans (which by the way i'm betting is a rebuilt model) they left me with an exhaust leak that took 2 return visits to fix. they really are crappy when it comes to making sure its done right.
