what year did the Z71 come with a 6.0 if any?

Didnt come with one. You can swap one like I am. I think the yukon has the 6L as an option but not the truck. I know for sure you cant get it in a chevy.

Damn that SUX. i wanna buy a truck but don't wanna be doing motor swaps like in my Maro. i just wanna do bolt on stuff.

Even though the swap to a 6L can be easily done in a weekend, it would still be nice to see that motor in more half-ton trucks.

Rumor is, chevy will make it available in 1500 series exc with power bumped to 365hp, for 06.
