Thats the cam im buying, what else do i need? Pushrods? I know I need valve springs. Do i need a new cam gear as i see people have needed to switch them out.

I have an 06 5.3L with the flex fuel option. What all do i need?

know what specifically i should buy for pushrods? Im coming from the OHC world, this pushrod stuff throws a lot more geometry into things.
