Default XER or XFI comp cam lobes?

Just wondering which lobes on the comp cams people are seeing the most gains out of? The XER lobes or the XFI lobes? Going on a 5.3L with pacesetter longtubes and the ORY. I dont care about different costs in valve springs, I just want the best valve lift for 5.3L trucks?

The XFI lobes are more agressive and I would expect to make more power(maybe only true with ported heads). They will also be noisier and harder on the springs.
