been tryin to call....no answer, rings and rings. even if there was a family situation, he has a business to run and customers to take care of. an email lettting me know when it will be shipped would be nice. Hope this thing is a good product, i bought b/c it had a 4 year warranty.....hope i never have to send it back under warranty, i might never get it back

From what I understand it is a small business. I know how irritating things can get, with out communication.. As far as quality goes, I am sure you will be satisfied. These are the best out there that I have seen. Hope you get it or a call back soon.

It is a business, but if it is small and no one there to run it while he is out, I doubt his mind is on sending out emails explaining whats going on. I know its frustrating waiting on parts, believe me I am impatient as hell when it comes to waiting on an order, but this is kind of a different situation it sounds like. Hope you get your cutout soon. I run the QTP and it has held up unlike other peoples QTPs, but I have heard nothing but good things about the DMH.
