would shorty headers from a 5.3L fit a ls1 ?

i got this question.. Im trying to sell my shorties that i took off awhile back and a friend of mine wanted to kno if they would fit his ls1... althougth it will take minor modification from what i heard.. Is this true? if so what would he have to modify

LS1 in a car. They will fit at the block but probably not bolt right up to the exhaust.

yea its for ls1 camaro..so what would he have to do to make it bolt it right up? Like cut and move the exhaust flange down?
